Most orders can take 1 to 3 weeks to be filled depending on stock. Its possible we already have a surplus of items at any given time, so it is always a good idea to email and check ahead. Once we’ve worked out your order we will give you an estimated completion date (before shipping) and we’ll do our best to adhere to that.

Orders will not be processed until the cost of the order and all shipping costs are paid in full.

*We do not make customer-specific knives, axes, or hatchets. The products we offer are all unique but adhere to specific designs we follow during our manufacturing processes. Your item is one of a kind, yet part of a family of designs unique to Helve Haft & Handle.


We will ship anywhere in Canada, but we only use Canada Post.

We will also ship to the USA, but customers will incur duty fees which are not included in our shipping charges. Shipments to the USA will be through Canada Post which transfers to the US Postal Service. We will not use UPS , FED-EX, or DHL.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards are all accepted during fairs, New Orders must be paid

in full BEFORE the order is processed.
